If you are using DevNet on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use DevNet. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
Accounts are for individual use. You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately at support@devnet.lol if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or the platform.

DevNet allows you to create a public-facing link page with a custom URL, background media, audio, and links. You are solely responsible for all content you publish on your link page.

DevNet allows developers to list and sell digital assets (models, plugins, scripts, and similar Roblox-related content). As a seller, you represent that:
DevNet is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We facilitate the marketplace but bear no responsibility for disputes arising from individual transactions. All sales are final unless otherwise stated on the listing.
DevNet may offer paid subscription plans that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew until cancelled.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.
DevNet and its original content, features, and design are owned by the DevNet team and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without explicit written permission.
You retain ownership of content you create and upload to DevNet. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
DevNet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.
DevNet includes community features such as project boards, team collaboration tools, and public developer profiles. When participating in community features, you agree to treat other users with respect and professionalism.
We may moderate community content and remove posts, comments, or content that violates these Terms. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for the actions of other users or third-party services integrated with DevNet.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevNet and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using DevNet and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the platform or by email. Continued use of DevNet after revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
