DevNet ("we," "us," or "our") is a platform for Roblox developers to showcase their work, connect with collaborators, sell digital assets, and manage their public presence. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture provided through your chosen sign-in method (Discord, Roblox, or other OAuth providers). We store a hashed identifier linking your DevNet account to your connected provider accounts.
Information you voluntarily provide on your profile — including your bio, skills, portfolio items, showcase images, social links, and Roblox game details — is stored and may be publicly visible depending on your settings.
If you create a public link page, we store your chosen slug, display name, avatar, links, background media (images, GIFs, videos), audio files, and style preferences. This content is served publicly at your chosen URL.
Assets, images, audio files, and other media you upload are stored in our cloud storage. We retain metadata about these files including file name, size, MIME type, and ID3 tag data extracted for display purposes.
We collect page view counts for public link pages, and general usage information such as which features are used. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
Messages sent through our in-app chat system are stored in our database and are accessible only to the participants of that conversation. We do not read private messages except when required for moderation or legal compliance.
If you subscribe or make purchases on DevNet, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. We receive and store transaction IDs, subscription status, and billing-related metadata from Stripe.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for behavioral advertising.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
Uploaded files associated with your account are deleted from our storage systems when you remove them or when your account is deleted.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are strictly necessary for the platform to function and do not track you across third-party websites. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
